Patons Nylox 3 ply with a tension of 9 sts and 11 rows to 1" square, over st. st. and using no. 13 (2.25mm) needles,
The leaflet is from circa 1950s/60s with 8 pages in total. There is some creasing, folds and bent corners but fully intact, with no knitters markings.
