A vintage knitting pattern booklet with designs for baby for the first 6 months, all originally knitted using Patons Quickerknit Baby Wool with a tension of 6.5 sts and 8.5 rows to 1" square, over st. st. and using no 9 (3.75 mm) needles. This discontinued yarn was thicker than 4 ply but not quite so thick as a double knitting. You will need a substitute yarn, but work a tension piece for success and change your needles if needed to get the correct tension.

Includes 5 patterns in total for a matinee coat, pram suit, raglan cardigan, matinee coat and bootees, 2nd raglan cardigan.

The booklet is from circa 1960s and in good vintage condition.
