A vintage knitting pattern for Welsh Doll's Clothes, to fit a 7" or an 18" tall doll.
Items to make include Dress, Hat, Pantaloons, Petticoat, Shawl and Pinafore.
You will need a double knitting yarn to make the items, and there is no actual tension given but you will need to use size 10 (3.25mm) needles.
Materials:
7" doll - 1 x 50g ball of black, 1 x 50g ball of white, 1 x 50g ball of red, 3 yards of narrow lace, 1/2 yard of narrow elastic, 1/2 yard of narrow ribbon, a small ball of cotton wool and 2 fasteners.
18: doll - 2 x 50g balls of black, 2 x 50g balls of white, 2 x 50g balls of red, 4 yards of lace, 1 yard narrow elastic, 1 yard of narrow ribbon, medium ball cotton wool and 3 fasteners.
I am not sure what year the leaflet is from but the original price on the cover is 30p, so it could be from circa 1980s?
It is in good clean condition.
