The cap can be knitted with a plain pom-pom trimming or can have one of the four different heads, instructions for all are included,
Original yarn: Patons Beehive Fingering 3 ply with a tension of 12 sts and 11 rows to 1" over the rib, with the knit ribs touching and hiding the pearl ribs,
Measurement: 14" around lower edge, stretching to 18", depth 6.25", not including the head or pom-pom,
The original leaflet is from circa 1950s,
There is some slight damage to the front cover (see photo) and creasing and folds.
