A vintage knitting pattern to make a Postman Pat Doll and Jess the Cat. To make Pat you will need to use a double knitting yarn and to knit Jess you should use a mohair type yarn.
The finished height of Postman Pat is 16" tall approximately.
Jess the Cat is 8" high approximately.
Tensions: The DK tension for Pat is 12 sts and 16 rows to 2" over st. st. and using 4mm needles.
The mohair tension for Jess is 8 sts and 12 rows to 2" over reversed st. st. and using 5mm needles.
You will need to find a substitute mohair as the yarn recommended is now discontinued.

The pattern leaflet is double fold and is from circa 1980s, with some creasing and grubby marks on the inside. It's fully intact and free from knitters markings.
